The T-HDF Eucafibra Prime Finish HR is top coated with special water based varnish in a modern painting line, with clean technology. The surface is UV cured ensuring resistance in the manufacturing process. This varnish is extremely resistant, with an abrasion performance very close to that of LPL (melamine coated panels).


Panel is top coated only one side and the backside is unfinished ( raw ). This makes the product more competitive as it has one surface already finished and the other ready to receive other finishes and it reduces the stages of manufacturing the furniture. It has an excellent cost - benefit ratio for the professionals of cabinet-making and the furniture industry.
It is recommended for manufacturing furniture and commercial installations. In construction, it can be used in several applications, such as:  wall partitions, wall paneling, slat wall, etc.


The T-HDF Prime Finish HR is provided in the following colors: Artic White for horizontal or vertical applications. The raw backside surface may be finished as desired by the customer. It has a great  surface resistance to abrasion and household chemical agents.

The T-HDF Eucafibra Prime Finish HR is supplied in pallets with specific size of panel and thickness. Pallets are provided with dunnage boards on top and bottom, corner blocked and steel strapped for safer handling.

Transportation and Handling

  • The pallets must be transported with forklifts or similar equipment, to avoid damaging edges of panels.
  • The floor of the body of the transporting truck must be clean, dry, even and without nails and screws sticking out or with overlapping boards. Gaps, if any, must be sealed. For greater safety, the stacks must be blocked and supported by fastening cables or ropes. The areas of the panels under pressure of these ropes or cables should be protected by angle plates or plastic wedges.
  • During the route in a transporting truck with open bodywork, protect the product against rain with waterproof tarpaulin. Grain trucks must have the grain outlet closed to avoid rain  during the journey.
  • Avoid  panel excess, mainly when there are is no  mechanized means of unloading (forklifts). When unloading or moving panels, avoid dragging them or subjecting them to any sort of friction.


  • The storage must be done in a covered place, protected from  weather and far from moisture and heat.
  • Panels must be stacked horizontally, on a firm level base raised from the floor by means of suitable wedges. It is advisable that the maximum distance between the wedges be 50 cm.
  • Avoid alternative stacking of panels with great  differences in dimensions. The maximum stacking must be 6 meters high.
  • Avoid placing hard objects (metals, concrete, wood) on the boards or letting them in  contact with products which may alter their natural features (grease, oil, cement, etc.).
  • Place a suitable number of wedges, increasing the quantity for panels which are not so thick. Warning: the wedges must always have the same height, with a length equal to the width of the boards.
  • In hot places it is advisable to place a discard board on the stack, both in storage and movement during the processing, to reduce the effect of the heat which affects the surface of the material, so that no moisture is lost on the exposed surface which may cause imbalance and deform panel..
  • Avoid excessive storage time so as not to cause deformation by gain/loss of  moisture..
